Looks like that could be a good restoration candidate and I'm guessing it could be acquired for even less. The paint and tank appear to be well preserved. The missing key is easy to resolve. Depending on where you are the title may be an issue though. And it's got a rack! :thumbs:
Wonder why the reed cages were removed? Kind of odd.
