Title: Yambits RD350 main bearings - anyone use these recently?
Post by: rdsarefun on February 10, 2025, 10:07:19 AM
Has anyone used these in the past?  Was looking at their website yesterday and they have Japanese "equivalents", but no brand that I could see in the pictures.  Pricing for 4 new bearings and a new Labryinth seal is less than $100 US, without shipping, seemed pretty reasonable.  Wanted to get some thoughts from anyone who has used.  Thanks, Brian

I have some actually,  would have no reservations using them. I ordered them to refresh crank I had on hand, will actually use in a different project than intended because my original core gad other issues. but I was handling them on Saturday and had no concerns. I decided to just drop the 475 on a vitos crank for the r5.

The inner ones are Koyo with a drilled and installed roll pin pip and the outer are HIC with a real pip. I think Yamaha used those companys as suppliers. I used lots of them and all seems good. I grind the roll pin down a little because it seems too long to fit the pocket in the case. I bought a labyrinth too and measures up perfect.
