Bought a generic steering damper off Amazon and made a bracket from some aluminum

I would recommend a washer on the outside of the damper mounting bolt. I've seen those 'slide' off the bronze bushing. looks good, run the same one on my light-weight rd.

You're right. I was debating whether I should do up that ball end 'aircraft style' with an oversized washer. All fixed now.

I can't say enough about the increase in handling qualities this stabilizer has provided!

Nice job.  I did a custom mount and similar style damper on my RD.
