The angle of everything looks strange to me. Maybe its just the camera positioning of the photo. Fairing looks but what's that black slot where the headlight is?

Track bike? Nothing is lockwired and that fairing will foul on your wrists when turned. Instant scrutineering fail.
Yeah, I saw that one the other day. Could definitely be fixed up properly, but not for his asking price. At least not by me.
