These look nice. For the price they'd be a bargain if you ever received them. ...and they fit.
Indonesia has a thriving 2-stroke enthusiast scene.

Hanger brackets are a bit much, but they're nice looking for $400
yeah. im not willing to try a set. nope. let's see a dyno chart.
Gonna need some rubber fatigue isolation in those rear brackets, but they look like they are plenty adaptable.
too many stories of bad fitment, poor performance, insane lead times and zero way to hold them accountable.
If you dig into feedback there are definitely some fitment issues...
I saw these recently and just skipped right past them. The first thing that popped into my head when I saw them was the Brazil pipes and India gas tanks.
yup
there's also this nugget... "Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery. "
well, thats on most everything. except yambits for some reason.
I'm sure they are junk and likely not going to fit and will not look like that but, wow, love they way they look in the photo.
My buddy Josh just received a set of Indo pipes. Not this same brand, tho.
So far he seems pretty stoked on 'em.
I did just get some pipes.
Back story. I've been researching here and other sites about pipes from all around the that are available. Randomly I was on FB/MP and saw a listing for 2T pipes made to order, $300 shipped! Fake, fake, fake. But I contacted him and asked all the questions anyone would. He replied back with clear english and said he makes pipes for big companies in Japan and Europe but makes them for custom applications too. He showed me his listingsand posts on other 2T sites. I did more investigating just on that. Seemed legit enough to send him the funds via PayPal. That way I had some kind of recourse. He confirmed payment and went right to work. He showed me photos of the process and the boxed package with all the correct info including his. I got a notice from DHL for a Tariff of $37. I paid that and with in 7 days I got my nice beautiful pipes! Most of the cones are fusion welded and you can see every spot he did add filler rod. I'd say that these are quality made. No theres no dyno chart for them. Yes the fit my '77 RD400 w/o the center stand. The hanger mounts were not fitted when I got the pipes. I fit them and welded the hangers on.
I'll post some photos asap.
how well do they work, if you can compare to, per-say another brand? im glad you seem happy w them.
I can not say how well they sound or perform yet. I'm close to firing it off for the first time. Its a fresh stock crank with a over boar stock top end. I'll try to get some video of them soon.
:popcorn2:
These are the pipes on my '77 RD400.
If nothing else I sure do like the look they have.
Did you fab those hangers? They look much more robust than the ones on his EBay advert.
The hangers were sent with the pipes. I bent them up to fit where I wanted the tips to sit.

Just putting this out there for rubber mounting chamber option.

I mean they look good. but performance is a whole other ball of wax. I really hope they work out.

Where do you find those?
Thanks.
I got the grommets (and probably the shoulder bolts) from McMaster. Here's the other piece of the puzzle if you are wanting to do this and mount to the stock passenger foot peg location.

I put a link for the isolstots nick used on his rearsets on the board as well. truth is, you can use 2 rubber washers and a bolt and a nylon nut. tighten it just enough to allow movement but not rattle around . thats all you need to really do.

Super curious on that too.

If judging by the length in the pics, they do not seem to be built for a high rpm peak. Which may be a good or a bad thing, depending on expectations.
