The swingarm and forks do look to be genuine SP items.

I've been watching that for quite a while (and the seller's other bikes for the past few years). He has some really nice stuff, and a lot of it! It's been listed 3-4 times in the past few months, starting at $9K.

Price seems reasonable to me.

Makes me wonder what my 92 FZR 400 RR (non sp) is worth? It's every bit as nice as that one!

I will tell you: it is worth KEEPING. Only under the most dire circumstances should you ever consider selling it (to me, of course!).
