Looks like it's all there and not FUBAR, could be fixed up nicely. I'm always wary of the guy who says: "I don't know much about this but I'll try to answer questions..."

Seems legit for him looks like a car guy. If was near me would go and make offer bet he would take less than already bid for cash and to avoid hassle and be done with it.
