WTF does "serious collector's only" mean.  If a clown showed up with 13large would he be turned away?

A 23 word description but 312 mostly meaningless keywords?  I can't stand sellers like this.

That dealer is a complete tool and a big B.S.'er. That RS was posted here a while back and the RD400 he was trying to sell.
