Maybe it is just me.  Based on what I can see, I do not consider that bike to be in "Excellent" condition.  Good yes, excellent, no.

i think the passenger pegs are bmx stunt pegs.

I mean, its possible it has 65 hp. I see big carbs as garys pipes. who know what was done to motor internally but somebody  def spent some good money on that bike at one point.

10k is ludicrous. I'd demand a dyno sheet and start at 5k. the gauges are horrendous.
