Title: 1972 Yamaha R5 - Ebay - CT
Post by: SoCal250 on October 08, 2021, 02:06:31 PM
(not mine)
Yet another Kaplan fail. I can't believe anyone even buys stuff from this clown.

1972 Yamaha R5
https://www.ebay.com/itm/393609645980

Wrong year - It's a 1970 (based on VIN and color)
"Rare & Original Complete 2 Stroke"  I guess his definition of "Complete" is different than mine
"Ran Good When Parked"  Isn't that what everyone says?

And I don't even try to find his goofs. Once in a while my feed on Ebay sends me one of his listings and it seems every single one I bother to look at has some sort of glaring error in it. Either he doesn't know shit about motorcycles, or he's trying to pull something on unsuspecting customers, or he doesn't give a shit. I think it may be a combination of all of the above.

There are 3 people who I would never buy any vehicle from (even if they so much as touched it). They're all a bunch of sleazy douchebags.
My short list:
1. Kaplan
2. Richard Rawlings
3. John Hollywood (@ Euro Cycle - Vegas)
