So this was a freebie to me.. I was looking for a mid-sized tractor for snow duty. And this popped up in the free section of local Craigslist.
I jumped and was the lucky first onto call.
When I got there the fellow said he had so many people calling that he pulled the ad.
It's a 67 or 68 Bolens 1250. Full hydro with front and rear pto action and a 3 point rear. It was sitting under a lean-to attached to a old barn.. so technically not a barn find but close though.
The 12 hp Wisconsin motor actually turns and had good compression but the starter generator and carb are toast. Think it will be a fun toy tool.

The mower is a 60" and yes it is shaft drive. It also is a hydro lift deck.
It needs a lot of love though
I picked this plow up for 75 bucks..
Now just to get the dang thing running.
