Thanks SoCal250.

I just sent them an email to see if my bike is acceptable for the show portion.

Have you been to this event in previous years?

Haven't been yet, for one reason or another. I did ride by it one year when it was held at Bolsa Chica Beach and it was a freakin' zoo!
A friend contacted me about showing one of my bikes in his company's tent this year but I declined. Not a place I want to leave my bike all day. I value my stuff too much to leave it out there. From what I've seen in the past they are placed on the sand on platforms without any ropes around them. Machinery and sand don't mix and too many people that have full access to mess with stuff.

Cool, thanks. I'll go watch the videos. My bike was "accepted" for the show. I called the organizer dude (and emailed my number) and left messages because I wanted more info. He never called back. So did not make it to the show.
