Oil Pump Rebuild Service – RD's, R5, DS7, RZ's
We always encourage and help our customers do their own work but the pump requires technical knowledge and experience, there's little info on the correct parts, specs and repair manuals don't address it.
Oil Pump Rebuild Service includes the following:
Pump disassembled & checked for wear
Pump body vapor blasted
Pump body and parts ultrasonically cleaned
Replacement of all seals/gaskets and check valve springs (OEM Yamaha seals/springs)
Reassemble pump, calibrate (shim)
Approximate turn around time – 2 weeks
Includes Economy Cycle tech support - Just give us a call if you need help before or after the rebuild.
Cost is $195 + 12.95 return postage (USA)
Just drain the pump completely and seal it in a plastic bag for shipping and send to the address below.
