Includes boring, chamfer, hone
Return shipping $64.90
Turn around 2-3 weeks (varies depending on workload)
We'll need your new pistons to do the boring or we can supply them for you. EC offers TKRJ cast pistons great for most applications $$89.50 each, Pro-X pistons $104.95 each (requires piston mod 2 x $15), Wiseco forged Pistons & others available.

Remove reed cages & exhaust flanges before sending, pack securely with hard styrofoam, fill all voids.

Ship cylinders to:

After we receive your cylinders we'll inspect them and send you a quote/authroization to begin the work.

What size bores are you able to do? Can you go all the way down to an RD125 (43mm)?
