I found this oldie at the bottom of my T-shirt drawer
great rider was eddie lawson, even though he defected to h*nda, he still won the 500 world championship again. also won a 500 gp race on the cagiva. all in all one of the greats on whatever he rode :love eyes:

Met him at Laguna in 2018 and got a photo with him and autograph, which are now framed and proudly displayed in my den.

i met him in the paddock at donington when the gp was there. he was still with yamaha then, but was sitting with wayne gardner, that should have told me something. anyway, wayne got up when i got my autograph book out, until i said i didn't want his, i wanted eddie's :huh: i wasn't being ignorant, as i'd got wayne's autograph the day before' proper little groupie in those days :Clown:
