Those decals came out great, if you still have extra I'd buy a set or two.
I tried the same process when I put smaller cans on my JLs but the site I went through to copy the sticker didn't end up well.  And I think I had to by 30 sets... :haw:

It's funny this just came up as I was using one for the first time last week at work.  I did the same thing in thinking it wasn't working and figured the battery was dead.  I was trying to use it manually when my engineer laughed at me.

Also note NGK still sells B8HS-10, they are for the marine market and are the same plugs just with a larger gap.  I bought a box of them, re-gapped them and have been running them for about a year with no problems.

I agree that believe it or not the Nibbi carbs actually work very well and the quality is much better than you would expect for a $50 carb.  I've been running them on pitbikes and they fun much better than the fake Mikunis

That thing is sweet! Congrats

Thanks, I will look into that.  I've got a Nighthawk S out in the shed but I think it has a larger fender.

I have also struggled to figure out a good front fender option while using a fork brace.  With the size of this billet design I could only find this tiny one for now, would love to make something more suitable work.

Is this similar to the design you are up against?

How easy is it to move a bike, or a car between Islands over there?
It's not to difficult.  I have never had to move a bike from one Island to the next.  However, a former colleague from Maui used to send his Harley back for summer  vacation.  He would drop it off at Honolulu harbor and it would be shipped to (I believe) Kahului harbor for pick up.

You are correct, my brother lives on the Big Island and has moved cars around, its way easier to move between islands than to ship it back to California unless you are shipping it along with enough other stuff to fill a small container.

I agree the drum doesn't really give me any problems but if I take out my 75 first and then hop on the 70 you really need to make a mental adjustment.

Nice work!  you will find the Disc brake swap very helpfull.  The drum set up gives me a few moments here and there..

Front wheel chocks like that are only a good fit for certain tires but even with that it would not be a good idea to move it around too much as the entire dolly can fall over.
I worked at a shop for years that did winter storage in a small area, we tried a number of things to save space like using different stands to keep the bikes upright.  They work ok but do add a little risk in putting bikes on and off as we had one or two dropped.
In the end the way M does it is the most efficient and also how I keep mine in the garage, we did find the best way to save space is to arrange the bikes with taller handle bars next to smaller handle bars so they fit tighter but are still easy to move in and out.

I do the same, I am more surprised that so many people walk by my garage without stopping.  They can definitely see whats going on as I also fell victim to the Barrina amazon deal and put up at least 16 of them :celebrate:

Good point, I redid that similar tank on a trailmaster, the chrome was some sort of foil wrapped on there.  I can understand why it wasnt redone.  That tank was a PITA.
