Wonderful! That's a great looking bike, and I love how restrained you were with the anodized bits. Just a touch here and there is perfect!

Thanks!

Finished? They're never "finished"..................D, Does look sweet though.

 Appreciate it. I usually get pretty thorough on my builds, but you are correct "no regerts"

Time to ride!  You can get a safety check at Moped Garage: https://www.mopedgaragehawaii.com/

Inspections are Monday through Friday 10:30-10:45 and 2:30-2:45.  If you are in line by 10:45 or 2:45 they will take care of you.  I think a front fender will be required.

Aloha, Mike

Very nice work.

:umm: I'm confused though. Did this start life as a 350 or a 400? 400 internals in 350 engine cases? Was there a specific reason for that?

It is beautifully put together.

Original RD400 with RD350 covers just because it pleases me to do so aesthetically and for the sake of tinkering.

Congratulations! That is really nice.

Have you ridden it yet?

Thanks, I have & it handles well. I did all the fab, suspension, & tuning before I broke it down to powder coat & paint.
Engine wise it's still on the first tank so doing more break in runs this week. I went one up rich on the main jets with all the machine work, hopefully all  is well.
