I figured this is the most appropriate section to discuss this matter since it involves a 4-stroke. After having owned at least one of every Suzuki GS from the 550 to the 1150 since buying my 1st one, a '78 Skunk back in '79, I have decided to sell my last GS. It's an '83 1100E and is the nicest example I've ever seen let alone had the good fortune to own. Take a look and comment if you like.

I realize this thread is for eBay and CL but this bike is so nice I didn't think anyone would mind if I posted a link to the ad.

Haus of Projects / GT750 resurrection
January 06, 2022, 09:15:43 AM
Finally got back to working on my Buffalo after a 10 month delay. Last night I reinstalled the pistons and block. Not an easy task without help. I was proud of myself for devising a plan that involved suspending the block using tie down straps hooked to an overhead beam. :) Next up is to determine which of the 3 heads I have available to use and bolt it in place. My goal is to have it running by the end of the month. We'll see.

I hope there's nothing wrong with a little self promotion? :)

Turning Wrenches / GT750 block puller needed
February 01, 2021, 12:32:53 PM
Some of you may have seen my post in the Suzuki 2 Stroke forum. I thought I'd post the same request in here. I'm rebuilding the top end on my GT750 and will need a puller to remove the cylinder block. Before I make my own, I thought it'd be wise to see if anyone has one they'd be willing to loan me. If they do, I'll pay the shipping both ways and even give the loaner a deposit if desired. Please PM me or respond here if you have one you'd be willing to loan me or know of someone who does and will. Thanks.

Turning Wrenches / DS7 Front axle thread diameter
November 24, 2019, 08:01:14 PM
I need to chase the threads on the front axle of my '73 DS7. Does anyone know what the thread specs are so I can order a die?
THANKS!!!
