Can I use a bigger RDLC inlet manifold on air-cooled RD350 after removing the inside ears?  By cutting off the ears will it affect the performance?

Can we use a Rd400 c/d tank on RD350 chassis ? Rear clamping is totally different, but can the front mate well with a 350 air-cooled chassis ?

can we use a Pingel tap on 1973 RD350 tank with a 34mm adapter plate , any other high flo options ?

Anyone here using separate boost bottles on a RD ? will that make more sense while tuning carbs ?

Do we need to modify the Suzuki RG250 TM28SS carburetors before using on an air cooled RD350 ? I can see that the air jet is blocked  on these carbs compared to VM28-418 individual flat slide carbs

I bought a pair of UFO from NCS, supposed to be for RD /Banshee . But when I checked it on the RD slide it's too loose. Did I get a wrong product ?

Looking for possible reasons on heavy bogging at WOT.

Bike has banshee reeds , vintage smoke ignition, TM28  with 25 PJ and 280 MJ , UNI stage 2 filters

Any pointers to a Vintage Smoke ignition installation on a RD350 ? Any youtube videos ?

Do we have to drill holes to fix UFO.s on to RD slides ?

I think what they provide is for 3.0 slides. so after fixing we have to file the slides to match UFO.s line

I am using RG250 GJ Mikuni TM28SS carbs on my RD350AC. Bike has a Dyna S ignition , UNI pod filters and Banshee reeds. Present set up is MJ-190 , PJ- 25, slide cutaway-2.0 , float valve-2.5 , Needle- 5DP39 , Needle jet 425-P-0 . What is the ball park jetting for such a bike ?  Bike shows some hesitation after 85km/hr. Plug is black oil fouled looks. Compression is around 125 psi in the left and 120 psi in the right cylinder.  if I want to use a leaner needle jet than 425-P-0 which one I should use ? Can I use 175-08 jet and 514 needle (OE RD350) on these carbs ?
