I have a magic camera. It is not so great up close, but then it is almost 50 years old.

I rebuilt the brakes. I had a good stock master cylinder core so I used that. I went through the carbs, new needles and seats, new jets and rejetted for UNI filters since the airbox was missing. I cleaned the gas tank but it didn't need sealing, and rebuilt the petcock. I cleaned and set the points and timing and replaced the condensers. I did replace the clutch cable. And battery of course.
These bikes are a riot to ride even when stock! I took it a bit easy on the original stock may-pop tires.
The left pipe has a blue spot on it. I don't know how this happens. The baffles were missing when I got the bike. I had some Chuck Q modified baffles on the shelf so I used them.
I'll keep this for a while. It is so light and easy to move around. Small bikes are fun.
It still has the original tuning fork mirrors.
Special thanks to Tim for the seat trim!

Hey Tim I got them. It looks great, thanks. PM sent.

I don't know if this one is gonna make it.....

I cleaned the carbs, and put in new points and condensers, and did some minor wiring harness repairs. It started right up and seems to run pretty well so far. The oil injector pump works as well as all the electrics.
Now it needs the brakes rebuilt and new fork seals. And maybe replace the original tires. I have a Yambits order in now.
The gas tank needs de-rusting and maybe sealer, and the petcock needs rebuilding.

I ended up swapping some leftover TZ project parts for this '75 RD350 PA barn find. It shows 4800 miles, and still on the original bore. I'll do an inventory and see about getting it back on the road.

If anyone has the seat trim strip for a 250/350 I'm looking for one.

man that was good to hear run and see being ridden.  :love eyes:

Thanks Mark, that's what they're for, to be ridden. Or else why build projects?

See ya next year!

So happy there were no problems. I never had to open the toolbox.

I think it is finished. It's not often you can say that about a project but there is nothing else I want to do to the bike.
