I believe I have those same pipes.  I am glad mine are in better shape.

Well, here is the other.

Here are a couple of more pictures.

I just had a chance to look at two of my Daytona's tail lights.  Both have that clear plastic piece glued to the red transparent plastic like you thought.

I can send a pic late today or tomorrow if needed.

Oh, I thought only 76 came in that color.

I never cared to much for this year.  Not to interested in buying it.  Like yourself, space is an issue.

However, I would make space for that 78 currently listed in Cali.  That is a nice bike.  I wish it were out here.

I think you should buy it and give it a new home.  8)

I may be in that area in early summer.  I am sure it will be long gone.  If not, I plan on checking it out.  That is a great deal!

Not mine.  It is pretty rare to see an RD for sell on Oahu.

I wish there were more pictures.  Should of removed the one mirror before taking pics.

Hey HawaiiMike, Diablo007, do you know the owner?  (small island)

Cleaned the rz's front caliper/piston system via ultrasonic cleaner for rebuilding.

Also, removed small rust patches on the frame and touched them up.  I decided not to paint the whole frame.

Yesterday, I took the other rz for a quick rip around the neighborhood.

I just wanted to give Garrett a long overdue shout out and thank you.   :whoop:

He rebuilt my 85 rz engine and is currently rebuilding my 84.  The 85 engine came back looking like new.  I actually had it in the middle of the dining table for our Christmas dinner center piece.  Well, just to the side.  Yes, my wife is pretty understanding.

Still working on getting the jetting right.  Garrett is also giving me advice on that.

Thank you Garrett for your quality work.

Got the calipers today!   8)

They look great Evans.  Thank you.

By the way, your packaging is top notch.  It  took me a while to open the box.

Thanks again.

I would like them.  If you are willing to send to Hawaii??   PM is on its way.

Thanks

I run fuel filters on both my RD's.  Doesn't seem to restrict fuel flow.

General Chatter / Re: 2nd Covid shot installed

Got my second shot three weeks ago.  I had a low grade fever and minor body aches the next day.  In my mind, it was well worth it.  Personally, I am still going to play it safe and not let my guard down.   8)

Those gas caps are just "nuts".

Also, I think it would take some balls to ride with such a gas cap.

Definitely, not for me.
