I ordered the red label yamalube from amazon.  I was sent the blue label yamalube.

Does anyone know if they are the same, just a new label?  I want to be sure.

Took out the rz for a rip around town.

Got my mind off the specII package I missed this morning. 

Yep, I just missed it.  I got caught up mowing the lawn and got outbid at the end.  I came back a minute or two past the closing. 

I guess I saved some money and most importantly I didn't have to tell my wife that I spent 1,200.00 plus.

@dgorms -either way, it will be going to a good home.  I am guessing someone will "drop in on us" at the last minute.  Only time will tell.

@m in sc-I concur with your list of 4 Mark.  Especially, #1 and #4.

Got mine yesterday.  Packaged well like always.

Also, thanks for the laminated Yamalube picture with the Yamacat.  Very cool!

So I currently have two rd400 engines split open on my kitchen table.  I am using one of them as a model to help put together the one being rebuilt.

Anyway, the shift fork orientation that I see is like the parts catalog picture.  A better pic (from above) of your engine would help.

Hopefully someone with way more experience then me will chime in. 

Well I got my rebuilt rz350 engine back.   

The problem is that the spring and washer under the push lever were missing.  I have a new washer and spring to install, however, can't seem to pull out the push lever.  I am known to break things.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, the tach drive gear wasn't installed either.  I have it, but it doesn't seem to want to go in.  Any advice on the tach gear would also be greatly appreciated.
