I don't really follow YSR prices but I didn't think the price was that out of line.

I wonder if that is becoming a "thing"?  I can remember where but I recently just saw a moped done in that same style.

Here's what I had saved but it is for a 350 not a 400, I don't know how different of a baseline they would have.

155 mains, 42 pilots, jjh needles, and clip in the middle.

I get a lot of "What is the absolute lowest you would be willing to take for it?"

I'm pretty flexible on the price, but don't try to lowball me before you've even seen it. 

Would you want to trade for a broken PlayStation 2 and a like new wheelbarrow?

Like the others said, take the time and what was done and it is a good deal.  Unfortunately I feel being a 400 is really hurting the sale.  The small triples really don't get a whole lot of love in the US.  Unless you really want to sit on it waiting for the right person I think the price is going to have to drop to around to $3500-$3800 and you still may have to wait for the right person.
