Post up some pics of them installed!

I used them on my custom made chambers, but I shortened them to 200mm long

I saw it on their website so I emailed them. Was advised not in the foreseeable future.

I think you have done a wonderful job with the frame, I had to look twice to check it wasn't factory!!

Good luck with the build.

All of my Yambits rubbers fell to bits within months. (Foot rubbers, Kickstarter and gear lever). I now use economycycle and not had an issue.

Turning Wrenches / Re: Coat inside of tank

I prefer to use "redcote" as if someonthing happens and you need to get it out, you can. I don't believe this is the case with Caswell.

I coated my Bridgestone 350 tank with redcote as one day I'd like to remove it to have the tank re-chromed and a few small dents removed.

Thoughts from others?

Crack or low point in the casting, that wasn't taken away when the port was cleaned up?

I do recall Chuck posting on the old forum the what was required to machine a 350 and 400 head in a lathe to gain the correct squish bands, unfortunately I didn't record this info.

A bit of sandpaper should be ok, if you don't have a sand blaster.

Alternatively, why not find someone who would like to swap painted for polished? That would be a win win for both of you.

I also have a set of barrels like this, where the liner has been mowed down to "improve" the port.

I've not fitted them as they are in a box of spare parts. I am interested what effect having the port lower than the piston at BDC will cause?

My understanding is the 76-77 had a different seat base when compared to 78 onwards.

Feel free to correct if I'm wrong?
