Thanks gentlemen. I appreciate the confirmation. Based on these responses, it's an FZR 400 wheel. 3 bolt pattern for the rotor, tuning fork stamped (so not a GSXR), matching Cush drive bits, etc. 

So the final question is whether or not these wheels would be interchangeable to the FZR 600 wheels without different spacers.

If I remove a 600 wheel from any given bike, slap the 400 wheel on, am I good to go? I've been told yes, but I trust y'alls knowledge base more. Thanks again guys

did this over the weekend. soft tpu but very strong. made a bit longer because pwks are shorter than the vms, and larger for the 50mm bellmouth. going to do some for 32/34  as well. net one will have an integrated port divider

AFAIK, that is an 87 FZR400 rear wheel.  I have an almost identical 88 FZR400 wheel here that I was planning to use in an RD350 project.

Enjoy the dirt with your sons! I've noticed that All Balls stuff is mostly Chinese made stuff, for what it's worth. I bought some crank bearings/seals of theirs that were Koyo (I'd never use a Chinese crank bearing), but all the other wheel and steering bearings have been no name Chinese.

If it has 3 bolts holding rear rotor it's a FZR400, if it has 6 bolts for rotor it's a FZR600
