I've got a set of Daytona cylinders that need to be rebored.  Anyone have recommendations for someone who could do this work?

I send everything to Mototech USA in Mansfield, OH.  I like Toomey for cranks.

That's an old listing.  The one you want is:

1442 Amoy West Rd.
Mansfield OH 44903

And there's Bill Bune Enterprises in Anoka MN and Nydahl Crank and machine in WI.  Both do a lot of two stroke work.

Millennium Technologies can do it and can Nikasil the cylinders too.

Millenium did our GT750 cylinder, bore, hone, and plate to fit our pistons. The work is excellent, but it took them like 8 months to get it done.

Millenium has been slow for forever haha. A LOT of powersports dealers send their cylinders to them. They get great dealer rates for bulk work, etc. Good work, but send it off and forget about it basically.

After many phone calls nothing was moving so I started badgering them on Facebook. Two weeks later the cylinder showed up.

The cool thing is that they do a lot of work for the Wynnfurst operation, they run P1 and P2 cars. P2 cars is the modern iteration of DSR which is what our vintage car is. So there is some crooked lineage there that seems to make sense. The Wynnfurst being the only modern 2t racecar that I am aware of.

Their P1 car is a 6 cylinder 2t.
