I have to ask, what are javelins going for these days? seems like anything in the vintage car market has been sky high for the past 5-8 years.  I ask because its an 'odd' model. I've seen them really cheap, or way high, but fairly rare over all.

amc related, i did stumble on this a few weeks ago. a legit sst convertible rebel languishing in a salvage yard in sc.

Looking at Hemmings it seems mid 30's is a common asking price for restored or nice original.

I've seen anywhere from 4-30k. Not sure if I want to go lower end of the price spectrum or not yet. Low end of price range is fine for me. I love building cars so I don't want something that's already done. I also want to drive the shit out of it, so I really don't require a gorgeous paint job. Every time I've painted something it's hard seeing every chip and scratch.

Honestly I may end up in the $12-15k range unless I get lucky on a nice survivor car around $7000.
