Honestly that looks like a pretty good deal, if anyone has ever tried to price TZ parts individually to build one. They will never get any cheaper as far as investments go.
Just don't need 2, one would be time consuming enough.

RGV250 VJ21 SP/VJ22 SP/VJ23 SP
RS250 for track - KD80 - JR50 for kids

friend just scored 2 for like 4k at an estate auction in Minnesota, early ones though . lucky bastard. and a whole crate of parts.

I used to race my modified 400 against them in the early eights. About the same power but the TZs were so light they would brake later. You could pick up a used TZ and go racing back then for about $5000.
