Haven't seen one of these before. Similar idea to the Fuji Go-Devil. Funny how the original ad states; "Ideal transportation for one or two people to or from the out of the way places." Can't imagine comfortably fitting two people on that thing.
And it's right in AAAltered's neighborhood. Ed you need one of these.

Holy Hell.  This a is a 2sq mile town with under 5000 permanent residents.  Small small world.

I haven't seen this around, buts it's now on my watchlist.
