It's an updated Lectron. Nobody is quite sure the quantifiable differences are there to justify the cost.

They came out to huge hype about 6 or 8 years ago, and then basically faded away because they just did not work. That was a cast version. looks like they are now CNC machined so they may be better, but the cost is significantly higher.

One good thing they did achieve is was a major boost in lectron sales when people who were thinking about a smart carb bought a Lectron instead.

I bought some Lectrons....
Pretty simple design, but using only the needle as a way to change everything kind of sucks if you can't find the right needle to do it all....
RZ350-RZV500R-TZR250RSP 3XV2
RGV250 VJ21 SP/VJ22 SP/VJ23 SP
RS250 for track - KD80 - JR50 for kids
TS/TM400 supermoto style...

I love my Lectrons. It took a bit to get them dialed in but once I did they work great. The metering rods are expensive though at 30.00 a piece you could have a lot of money tied up in them before you get it right. If you buy the carbs from Lectron they will attempt to set them up for you and chances are will get them pretty close. Mine were not. Ended up buying 2 more sets of rods.
