Rd350 torque specs

I've looked and can't find the actual torque specs if there is one for the front an rear rim axle bolt torque specs.
Manual just shows some sort of force torque thingy.

Any help is appreciated.
Its getting really close.

Yamaha manual says 8.3-13 m-kg front, 12-18m-kg rear. Axle holder clamp nuts 1.1-1.8m-kg
