I've used Yambits ones in the past, they just need a light tap in and are a nice secure fit.

Thanks Old Brit.  That is exactly what I did and how I like them to fit (until they have to hopefully never be removed).

I did find a bit of the casting plastic had to be scrapped off the edges but no big deal.
