Hi
A lot has been happening since I last posted ! I sold the orange Lc hybrid to a friend of mine, Ian, who had also bought my white/red Lc hybrid back in 2018. He also owned my old 400e that I sold in 1999, first to his brother, Joe, who I worked with, and Joe then sold it to Ian in 2009. I did a px for the 400 and some cash my way for the orange hybrid, doing the deal just before the new year. Neither of the brothers have really used it - I'm guessing less than 220 miles between them in 20 years. Ian has thrown a lot of money at it - nos tank, some mint 1a1 cases from the States, blue spots front and rear etc. A lot has changed, but it still looks the same bike I sold all those years ago;

The same day I travelled to collect the 400, I picked up a 400e engine I won on ebay. I have started a comprehensive rebuild on that, and it is destined for my next project bike - a 400 hybrid with Rgv wheels that I had spare in the shed.
My 400e got an initial makeover - quite a lot of small jobs to improve some things, and it needs very little doing now to make it ready for the summer. I did a thread on Norbos Lc forum. Hope it's ok to link that here - saves me some time !!
