Mounting a fire extinguisher on an RD400

Hey all, I would like to mount a fire extinguisher on my bike somehow. Its a 1.4 pound kidde. Nice and compact. I rarely carry a backpack and would like to come up with something. As the old saying goes, "better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it." I've seen videos of folks watch their vehicles burn to the ground because they didn't bother to buy a <50 dollar extinguisher!

Throw a small one in a back pack when you ride. 1 extinguisher for multiple bikes if you have a few.

He rarely rides with one, but you could invest in some small saddle bags. It would conceal and allow you to carry other needed items: 2 stroke oil, spark plugs, spark plug wrench, and etc...

I saved a guys dually about 8 months ago. He had some fuel cans in the bed catch fire. This was just south of DC, he was out of the truck trying to knock the flames out with a sweatshirt. I pulled over, grabbed my 5lbs extinguisher out of my trunk, then ran back. I got the flames out before the truck was too badly damaged. At the rate it was going I imagine it would have burnt to the ground if it weren't for that one small fire extinguisher. I was on business so I didn't stick around too much longer after I got the flamed out, DC traffic is bad enough, but the dude was insanely grateful. It's definitely a good thing to keep an extinguisher around.
