I would assume because company that made it is in India. The part I didn't get was sound, had to look again thought I missed video link (with audio) because that's first thing that got my attention was pipes, wondered what they would sound like. But there is no video or audio.

Those tires have to be pretty heavy themselves.

I don't buy it either. It looks like they started with a stock frame. That swingarm is likely heavier than a stock arm. Those tires, yeesh.

I like their vision, and appreciate their hard work, though I probably would have built something different if it were me. That seat when off road would be punishment.
