got it apart. the bore was too tight. takegawa/webike is processing the return. didn't crack it but smeared the piston skirt. replacement on way.




 
obviously not running lean:

I mean, a new cyl and piston are under 200 bucks shipped so no big loss. shame on me for assuming it was machined right being sold as a set.

2 stroke problems on a 4 stroke. lol.

i was going to go full 500cc quazilla.

however the replacement cylinder & piston showed up today. from japan. i ordered it sat upon warranty.  :eek:  going to make damn sure the cyl clearance is at .002" this time, because it sure the fuck wasnt last time. .
