Is this a plug And play? Or what Does it require

It would definitely require that the cylinders have identical height. So light machining of the highest cylinder may be required. And checking of squish and combustion chamber volume is a good idea in any case. Any machining of the heads will require a larger lathe, and possibly a more rigid fixture than just a mandrel. And a lathe large enough to swing a one piece head. Alternatively a CNC mill or a mill with a rotary table can be used, of course.
I have seen in previous threads that it has been recommended to cut Daytona heads in two.

2V0 is USA 1979 RD400F (unique combustion chamber and thicker 1-pc gasket)
3J7 is Canada 1979-80 RD400F & RD400G and Australia/Oceania 1979-80 RD400F & RD400G
