The previous topics of pipe mounting motivated to repair a broken mounting stud on the 200.  It's been broken since I got the bike years ago, but was always in the back of my mind.

I pulled off the right pipe.  Drilled the stud.  Found an appropriate nut and bolt, then added rubber at the pinch point.  All done.
