I'm still thinking because the only things RD there are the motor, tank, and the frame that has been modified. EVERYTHING else RD is missing.

When you snooze you loose I guess. I contacted him yesterday and asked where the rest of the bike was and he said he has all that and it goes with the bike. Too bad he didn't say so in the ad. Someone was on there way to look at it.
