Claims they haven't touched it mechanically. Yet also claims its worth 10k? Non Running? LMAO.

The false advertising on ebay is horrible.  $1K in parts, maybe but how about the multiple other thousands in labor to get it running?  boring/hone and crank work typically cannot be done in a hobbiest garage.  You really need to have the crank out and the whole thing gone through.

That being said it does look like a nice original cosmetic condition survivor.

Why do we dislike Kaplan?

I've never met him. But, he posts things at extortion level prices and gets a LOT of things wrong with bikes. Claims original paint etc when it's clearly a repaint. That kinda thing.
