Best and easiest to get solution is a dual cable throttle and then two splitters.  TZ750 throttles are out there, but rare.  KZ1000 is a horse of a different color and not at all applicable;  One cable, activating a pulley connected to a shaft that works 4 carbs that are bolted together in one solid bank.

I'd do this.

When searching for V-Max 4 pictures, it appears it has linked carbs. And also looks very similar to the TZ750 in its arcitechture, with a 65 mm bore and 59.6 mm stroke. And it is rated just over 150 hp......So a carb bank from a V-Max 4 could be a better option than any other linked carb setup.
It may be worth investigating further at least......
