I don't think those are JR pipes, need a better pic...but look like Bassani's.
I have a set and are just like those.

Nice one!  But I wonder what bike that seat and tail piece came from. Looks like a Corbin logo on the seat, but the tailpiece does not look like a 400 D/E either. But it looks perfect on that bike!
