I've been trying to post pics with no luck for a few days now..

as an fyi, i checked the statuses of everything this morning on the site and the hosting, cleared cache made sure everything was up to snuff. so, no issues on this end. I cant explain why anybody is having issues uploading pictures if they are. sounds like the connections are timing out on the upload side from what i can assume.
