Looks good, but I didn't want you to turn the pulley, just hold it right down, (same thing).

I wanted to check something else and turning the pulley blocked my view!

Haha whoops.
Also, I counted 200 turns before realizing my receptacle starts at 25ml

But having said that, I'd eyeball it at 10ml for both outlets at idle. <facepalm>

When I get some more time tomorrow or Sunday, I'll do a better test.

Thanks for all your help. This thread had been a huge relief for me.

All I was looking for was to see how far the plunger went in, on maximum stroke. The shims should pretty much touch the end of the top casting on the 'in' stroke. Much of a gap there means the 4x9x3 seal is off its seat.

Oh that makes sense. I'm trying to figure out my running problems and thought it might be the pump not fully functioning.

From what I've seen, the pump looks to be working normally. [emoji106][emoji106]

Thanks everyone for helping me out once again. You've really helped relieve a lot of stress since starting (and now restarting) this project.

Here's what I got from 200 rotations at maximum stroke...

Yeah, I think he's just joking about the vials I used for measuring the output. I searched all over the house before I remembered I had these for testing pond water quality. Scientific indeed. They have one measuring line and it's close enough haha.

I am. Just having some fun  :toot:

Trust me, I can get super nit-picky about this stuff too. ( I am actually an engineer ).
