Modified in the UK/Europe is a good thing.
Modified in Vietnam is very very bad.

The lighting draw was my first thought.  In the BaT comments it states that only one headlight is functional.

Sellers lack of transparency regarding the 'rebuilt overseas' is killing his auction.

It is still fun to look at.
