Daytona Special with MC rearsets

Hi I'm sure this has been covered before but I'm guessing 400F with MC rearsets require bent kicker? Why wont the ones HVC sells not fit Daytona. If needed anyone have a good one? Thank you for printed pics So Cal!

It does fit the Daytona, HVC needs to update there applications info.

Thanks one of the reviews on product (maybe yours) says it fits 79. Absolutely no reason it shouldn't. Ordered one. Thank You!

Did you use your Oem boss or use as shipped? Fitment?

The stock Daytona kicker is angled different than '78 and earlier models for clearance around the stock footpegs.   It fits fine with my MC rearsets without needing bending like with the earlier models.  The Aluminum HVC Daytona kicker also fits fine and is lighter and less weight.
