guys
what are your views on the Millennium GP ( ex moto carrera pipes )
im looking at some pipes for my build.

i really like the look of them. are they worth it. should i grab a set
or do you guys recommend a different vendor.

They look great, perform well.  Just not available as you've found out.  Keep an eye out on EBay and here, perhaps a pair may come up.  Mine are from Doug's (RIP) last run.
To buy new pipes, you have a few options.  Off the top of my head
- DG (meh)
- HVC (meh, apparently hard to tune for from threads here)
- Lomas (plenty on here about JL pipes)
- Spec II (great pipes and a long wait time)
- Higspeed
- Other Japanese builders iirc.

Good luck.  Do your searches.

Doug's Millennium pipes were good.

Garrett's Millennium pipes were even better.  Especially in stainless.

Neither are available off the shelf anymore.

Brian Turfrey of Yamaha MotoGP 500 fame is still making custom pipes. He built pipes for Lawson and Rainey, then later for Team Kenny Roberts. I just got these a couple of months ago. He's out in the Modesto, CA area.
