not sure that ignition key is in the best location. Definitely needs some work. I would let someone else test it out first before taking that thing for a spin.

I'm also intrigued by the dangling ignition switch, as well as the master cylinder on the left bar...hydraulic clutch conversion? I wonder if that disc brake could overwhelm the design parameters of the front suspension linkage.
