Yeah, that's the cheapest I've seen in the last few years by far.
Seller needs to learn how to use punctuation. Holy run-on-sentences Batman!

A few things in the ad caught my eye that would say approach with caution:
"need new front cradle cause front motor mounts broke u can buy them on eBay for $125"
"bike is complete but disassembled"
"100% street legal and have paperwork to get registered"
"Picture is not of actual bike but what it looks like restored"

id proceed w caution for sure, and you KNOW its a pile of garbage if it even exists... but, if its real, sell the stock garbage and make it useable.
