After 1984 and before 1999 (based on the phone number). Probably late 80's. I'm sure the date could be narrowed down more using the Burbank address, but I can't recall the years that he moved. He's been in at least 3, maybe 4 locations.

I haven't seen blue ones before. They're usually orange.

Now the bike can be complete
